When I started my real estate journey, I was known as Aneka Gordon. Life has brought beautiful changes since then, and I’m now Aneka Bolton—still the same trusted REALTOR®, just stepping into a new season with a new name. I’m a proud Mississippi native who made the DMV home more than 15 years ago—and I’ve fallen more in love with the area every year. Over time, my passion for real estate grew stronger, and I finally decided to turn that passion into purpose by becoming a licensed REALTOR®. As the oldest of four (and the only girl!), a mom to one amazing daughter, and the favorite aunt to a lively crew of nieces and nephews, I’ve learned a thing or two about patience, communication, and keeping things fun. I’ve mastered the art of juggling life with a smile.

My 30-year professional background in accounting, contract and financial management, and customer service gives me a strong foundation in numbers, negotiations, and navigating complex transactions. This background allows me to guide you confidently from our first conversation all the way to the closing table. My goal is simple: deliver exceptional service and build lifelong relationships—and maybe even make it a little fun.

I’m committed to continuous growth so I’m always learning and leveling up which is why I’ve earned additional certifications and designations, including the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and taken the Global Luxury Specialist course. I’m also a certified agent with Home Partners of America, a lease-purchase program that helps renters transition into homeownership with flexibility and confidence.
